You and your Birth Partner:

• Learn about the 3 stages of birth
• Learn how fear and negative expectations can cause pain in childbirth
• Learn how to eliminate fear and negative expectations to create a comfortable natural birth experience
• Learn how hypnosis works and that ALL hypnosis is SELF-hypnosis
• Learn how to create natural anesthesia using the power of your mind
• Learn how mom can stay healthy and low risk through knowledge, nutrition, and prepare for birth with prenatal exercises
• Learn about your options and choices for your birthing
• Create a written plan for your birth assistants that lists your birth preferences
• Participate in a Hypnobabies birth rehearsal practice session
• Experience the joy of bonding with your baby before he or she is born as you enjoy practicing your hypnosis scripts together
